We are looking for a performance and customer-oriented supply chain leader to lead our Packaging Materials BU Cartonboard supply chain development towards the world class. VP, Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end outbound supply chain operations on behalf of the BU, including master planning, customer fulfilment, and logistics. You will provide strategic direction and leadership to our supply chain team and optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement the BU’s supply chain strategy to support business goals Ultimately accountable for the end-to-end customer fulfilment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers Responsible for the BU’s end-to-end S&OP process (including strategic & tactical demand planning, capacity and inventory planning, and supply/demand balance) Develop and implement sheeting strategy to optimize sheeting operations in the business unit. Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, customer centricity, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with both BU and divisional goals Work closely with operations, sales, and controlling teams to ensure alignment of supply chain goals with overall business objectives Ensure all supply chain processes comply with applicable laws and regulations (eg. EU trade, environmental sustainability regulations, and relevant customer data protection laws) Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure seamless communication between the BU’s supply chain functions and the centralized divisional Logistics and Service Support teams. Advocate for the BU’s needs while aligning with the divisional strategy Qualifications: Solid senior management level supply chain leadership experience on large industrial organizations Experience and understanding about the relationship extensive business. Strong and proven leadership skills with ability to communicate to a wide level of audiences, and influence and drive processes. Ability to communicate with wide range of stakeholder groups and influence others (upwards, downwards and sideways in the organization) Financially savvy with a clear understanding of P&L, business and CAPEX implications from customer and product flow reallocations within the supply chain and capacity optimization projects Experience of driving transformations is needed to be able to build a world class supply chain operations. The position will be located in Belgium, Germany, Italy or other Stora Enso locations in Europe.
