Your profile Leadership Experience : 5 years of leadership experience, managing at least 5 people, with a track record of building and scaling teams. Product Management Expertise : 7 years of product management experience in product discovery and delivery in an agile B2B environment. SaaS product experience and familiarity with compliance and sustainability are highly beneficial. Servant Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a servant leadership style. Your mission Lead Product Management Team : Manage a team of 7, including product owners, product managers, compliance specialists, and documentation. Plan to expand the team to 14 members within 12 months. Product Portfolio Ownership : Take responsibility for the compliance part of the iPoint product portfolio. Recruitment and Development : Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and engaged product management team. Product Roadmap : Develop and implement the product roadmap in alignment with the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). Product Strategy : Collaborate closely with the CPTO to define and execute the product strategy. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, support, and other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Product Discovery : Drive product discovery initiatives to understand market requirements through customer advisory boards, round tables, and beta groups. Competitive Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis to ensure iPoint's products stay ahead of the competition. Process Professionalization : Standardize and professionalize product management processes, such as idea management. Customer and Partner Collaboration : Establish strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance product development.
