Your role and responsibilities Join us as a People & Culture Specialist at our Hamburg office (Hybrid) About the Role: Join our growing team We are currently a small but dedicated team of two and are excited to welcome a new colleague to collaborate with us and contribute to our expansion. In this role, you will work closely with our Team Lead and Recruiter, gaining hands-on experience in various People & Culture topics and projects. At the same time, you’ll enjoy some variety by occasionally supporting the recruitment process. Your Responsibilities: Support the Team Lead People & Culture in our DIGITEC academy by filling it with great and useful content and keeping it up to date. Contribute to shaping company-wide policies & procedures, such as our whistleblower policy, ensuring a structured and compliant work environment. Work closely with Managers and our Recruiter to post job vacancies and create a seamless, positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Manage employee contracts with precision, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Administration of company benefits on various locations, such as business bike, language courses, meal vouchers. Celebrate and appreciate our employees by organizing key milestones such as work anniversaries and birthdays, while also handling ad hoc reporting related to the employee lifecycle. Enhance the workplace experience by supporting office management tasks, including room setups, and anything else that contributes to a great work environment. Support in Employee Development: You help us in creating a succession and growth path plan for each employee. Take part in exciting projects alongside the People & Culture team and key stakeholders, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful initiatives across the company. Nice to have, not a must A background in HR, Business Admin, or similar is great, but passion counts more. Experience counts. You bring 4 years in a similar role and are ready to make an impact. Great communicator. Ideally fluent in English & German, both written and spoken. Tech-savvy. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to stay organized. Team player.
