Our client, a global leader in revolutionizing the future of technology focusing on renewable energy, cloud technology, mobile apps and green energy solutions, ranked in the top #10 of global tech innovators, is looking to hire a Product Support Specialist for an onsite permanent position in Dusseldorf, who had exposure to renewable energy or electrical power energy industry.

Key responsibilities in this role:
4. Help customers to using company’s products or service.
5. Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
6. Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing,
that have been passed on by customer service assistants
7. Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
8. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
9. Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of service company is providing
10. Produce written information for customers, often involving the use of computer
packages and software
11. Write reports and analyses the services that company provides
12. Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use if applicable
13. Improve customer service procedures, policies and standard
14. Work with senior managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
The ideal candidate has:
15. Customer support experience with background in the Energy and Engineering sector
16. Excellent English language skills
17. A second EU language is considered a plus.
