Senior Administrator PLM (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
* Accountable for all PLM toolset administration and configuration topics
* Central focal point for PLM implementation, upgrade, deployment & monitoring activities in PLM projects for the governance team (module experts, architects, project managers)
* Manage internal IT partners in charge of infrastructure, VMware, certificates, client packaging, SQL server, storage, interfaces etc.
* Manage external partners in charge of implementation, upgrades & administration support and licensing
* Collaborate with team mates in charge of data model, workflow management, CAx administration & support
* Third-Level Support for approximately 2500 users - diagnose & drive solutions to mission-critical complex problems
* Identify improvement opportunities and leverage exceptional stakeholder engagement
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master degree in IT, natural sciences, engineering or comparable
* Experience in administration and implementation of PLM solutions including installation & monitoring of IT infrastructure, client/server systems, etc.
* Technical knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter architecture preferred
* Good knowledge in TC BMIDE, Batch Scripting, Workflow, Queries, Structure Manager, Active Workspace Configuration, Dispatcher Framework
* Analytical skill set with a customer service approach
* Positive, proactive, target-oriented approach and problem-solving ability
* Independent and self-motivated working style combined with a collaborative / team-oriented personality
* Lateral leadership experience advantageous
