Job Description
1. Responsible for the development and introduction of merchants in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, including but not limited to brands, distributors, and traders. Negotiate with external partners and reach final settlement, manage the project from start to finish.
2. Develop and implement brand cooperation strategies, and conduct market research to identify cooperation opportunities.
3. Work with cross-functional (finance, legal, marketing, etc.) teams to obtain internal support and resources on behalf of partners.
4. Eliminate poor quality brand customers, communicate, coordinate and establish standards to help improve efficiency.
Position Requirement
1. Fluent English required. German/French/Dutch speakers preferred.
2. Creativity and perseverance. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
3. More than 3 years of experience in business negotiations and contract negotiations. Strong persuasiveness and communication skills.
4. Extensive experience in international business development and marketing. Knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce preferred.
