Job Title: Sales and Marketing Consultant (Czech Market)
Location: Berlin, Germany
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the Czech market, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our reach within the market.
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and market share.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and align with marketing efforts.
* Monitor market trends, gather insights, and report findings to help shape future campaigns and strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Qualifications:
* Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Czech and a minimum B2 level in English.
* Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably with exposure to marketing or B2B environments.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales or marketing software is a plus.
