To support us on achieving our sustainable development goals, within the Hospital Care division, we are looking for a student (f/m/d) for an internship with possibility of subsequent bachelor or master thesis. You will be working on a research & development project together with an interdisciplinary and multicultural team in our plant in Melsungen (Hessen) to help us achieve our sustainability goals. Duties and responsibilities You support the project team in the calculation of LCAs and carbon footprint You carry out systematic literature and market analyses You support the project team in the development of new, sustainable concepts, technologies and functionalities in the Hospital Care division Close collaboration with an interdisciplinary and international team Professional competencies You are a student in the field of environmental science, environmental engineering, sustainability or comparable You are familiar and have a basic understanding of the terms LCA, PCF and EPD Strong analytical ability and capacity to collect, structure and analyze data Interest in challenging, interdisciplinary technical and strategic issues within the development of medical products Good knowledge of MS Office applications Fluent in English is a requirement, and fluency in German would be an advantage Personal competencies You take an analytical and systematic approach and find innovative solutions through creative thinking You work independently, have a quick grasp of things and a sense of responsibility You have an optimistic attitude, strong communication skills, creativity and the ability to work in a team What we offer Take part in a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive dialogue with colleagues, customers and partners.
