Job Description How does your day-to-day work look like You are responsible for the operational management of the restaurant and the entire team in coordination with the F&B Service Manager You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes You support the ordering system and optimal merchandise management and step in when one of your colleagues from Purchasing or the restaurant is on vacation You are in constant communication with the Groups & Events departments and ensure that the planned event is a complete success In addition to your administrative tasks, you are also actively involved in operations and are always on hand when things go wrong As a trained restaurateur, you never lose track of things, even when one project follows the next You stand in for the F&B Service Manager in his absence
