Are you prepared to take ownership of the Central and Eastern Europe region, build a winning team, and drive strategic growth in the supply chain SaaS space? As Shippeo’s next Regional Vice President of Sales for CEE, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a market presence, developing a high-performance sales team, and securing partnerships that shape the future of our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and development of our sales team. You’ll coach them on best practices and inspire them to deliver Shippeo’s value to European customers.
2. Own the Regional GTM Strategy: Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for Central & Eastern Europe. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field marketing, demand generation, and pre-sales resources for maximum market impact.
3. Track and Forecast Performance: Leverage key metrics to accurately project the region’s performance, driving growth and adjusting strategies as needed to stay on track.
4. Engage Directly with Clients: Play a hands-on role in customer engagements—from leading critical meetings to guiding complex deals to close, ensuring Shippeo’s commitment to partnership.
5. Drive Continuous Growth: Develop and communicate long-term growth plans, but stay agile to adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics.
Qualifications
1. Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience leading Enterprise SaaS sales teams, with a track record of managing complex, solution-driven sales cycles.
2. Industry Knowledge: A background in supply chain is a plus, as it helps you better understand our client's challenges and effectively communicate Shippeo’s value in a competitive landscape.
3. Data-Driven Approach: You rely on metrics to coach and drive performance, combining quantitative insights with qualitative coaching to develop your team.
4. Adaptable Sales Playbook: With a robust approach to closing complex deals, you’re flexible and adjust your playbook to meet the evolving needs of the European market.
5. Empowering Leadership Style: You’re a “servant leader” who believes in being hands-on, mentoring your team, and creating a collaborative, supportive culture.
6. Proven Outbound Success: Your expertise in outbound sales and structured methodologies, ideally MEDDPIC, will guide your team toward successful and repeatable outcomes.
7. Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in German and English is a must, while other European languages are a plus.
