Your Tasks
* Driving improvement: Continuous improvement of the Central Invoice Control processes in close cooperation with the operational units and IT. This includes the development of the target process as well as the corresponding technical concept and the support of the conceptual implementation up to the successful go-live
* Ensuring transparency: Documentation of the tasks in JIRA and determination of key figures for the measures in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
* Using technology: The best way to optimize processes is determined through a combination of in-depth process understanding and knowledge of available tools (e.g. process mining, robotic process automation)
* Setting standards: When creating technical concepts and defining functional specifications, legal requirements and corporate guidelines for implementing standardized and efficient central invoice control processes are taken into account
* Building a GBS Process Map: Contributing to the expansion of the Accounts Payable Process Map to include the Invoice Control process. This is based on a standardized taxonomy in coordination with other Process Owner Teams and the Process Management Governance Team
* Taking personal ownership: Promoting transformation and innovation and establishing a practice-oriented way of working within the organization
Your Profile
* First of all - personality: Tasks are approached with diligence, a solution-oriented approach and a "do-it" mentality. Good communication skills combined with appropriate assertiveness make it possible to find solutions together with colleagues from different departments. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge and work together to find the best solution are an advantage
* Professional experience: Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally with practical experience in process optimization in an international environment
* Project work: Already assumed responsibility in projects as well as a proven structured and analytical way of working
* Language skills: Very good German and English language skills enabling fluent communication with international colleagues
* Technical knowledge: Knowledge of the SAP modules MM and FI and/or SAP VIM and/or S4 Hana in the relevant functions is an advantage

The department Process Management is established in the Global Business Services organization (GBS) as an internal consultant for the continuous improvement of our processes - especially in combination with tools for digitalization.
