What you will do We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and managing key processes and models within the Technology & Operations (T&O) organization, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring project management excellence. This is your new role Shape the Nexperia Management Models, including communication, training, and deployment objectives Oversee and manage key Management Model Processes as part of the corporate Nexperia Management model process Shape the governance model for T&O and its sub-organizations, including review cadences and procedures Track, monitor, and report key Deep Dive KPIs and performance metrics of T&O organizations Develop and deploy new KPIs to measure and improve performance Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation on how to improve KPIs Create and roll out data-driven reporting tools for T&O management KPI reporting Connect different approaches across T&O organizations on common strategic areas (e.g., AI & Digitalization, industrial footprint, shared services) Consult T&O sub-organizations by bringing market benchmark insights Create SWOT analysis, risk analysis, and strategies for the global T&O organization to adapt to risks and opportunities Inform, manage, and actively involve internal stakeholders, relationships, and networks Conduct regular assessments of industry dynamics, market insights, manufacturing technology landscape, and competitive landscape to develop strategies around these trends This is you Master’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant field, preferably in a business consulting position Ideally experience in the semiconductor industry, as well as deep operations and P&L knowledge Strong background in financial controlling / management A well-developed end-to-end process thinking, combined with strong project management skills Proven track record in market benchmarking analysis Excellent performance management & data analytics skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with the ability to drive cross-organizational initiatives Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What we offer Flexible working hours and possibility of overtime reduction to maintain a Work-Life-Balance Unlimited employment contract with a competitive salary and supplementary voluntary employee benefits A wide variety of training courses and career development options Numerous further benefits, such as retirement provisions,, travel allowance for the HVV public transport ticket, bike leasing, company events, sports and leisure activities, employee discounts and even more Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
