About your team :
The German Client Services department is part of global Personal Investing and Advisory Client Services structure. Customer expectations are ever growing in demands and the Client Services area is a key player in providing first line customer care. The vision of the department is to deliver a seamless, joined up experience to our customers and advisers when they want it, however they want it. Our role is to provide our clients and advisers with help, expertise and guidance on a range of queries using the interactions to build strong relationships to develop trust in our business. We provide an
important role in growing and evolving the business through active promotion of our products and services within these interactions. The way we operate is also key to creating a high level of engagement and job satisfaction for our employees helping to retain great talent within the organisation.
About your role :
You make the difference for our partners to do business with us. As Manager Key Account Service, you are one of the main contacts for the ongoing support of our Pools and Premiumpartner and developing a good business relationship. You are responsible for supporting our Premiumpartner and Pools in all requests of daily business and making it as easy as possible to do business with us. This includes trainings by telephone, video etc. for all partner. You are accountable for always keeping the interests of our partner in mind, representing them within the company and designing processes in a
user-friendly and effective manner. Your role also includes support at trade fairs, such as the Fondskongress, and specialist support for projects.
About you :
1. You have completed commercial training or a degree with relevant professional experience in the banking environment or financial services sector and have several years of experience in sales or sales orientation/affinity.
2. You enjoy dealing with people and working in a team and are used to communicating accordingly.
3. Personal responsibility is a matter of course for you and you have a strong service orientation and the ability to build customer relationships.
4. You are highly flexible and enjoy new challenges and experiences.
5. Good English language skills.
6. Close native or native level of German
