Requirements
* Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an accountant or comparable
* Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company
* Confident use of common accounting software, knowledge of DATEV is an advantage
* Good knowledge of commercial and tax law as well as accounting according to the German Commercial Code (HGB)
* Structured and independent way of working
* Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Recording and reviewing business transactions in financial accounting
* Implementation of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
* Processing of payment transactions and monitoring of open items
* Account reconciliation and clarification of differences
* Processing of dunning and tracking of outstanding claims
* Collaboration with external tax consultants and auditors
* First point of contact (m/f/d) for queries regarding payment processes / invoices
