We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. The person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate companies.
Junior Accountant - Your responsibilities:
* Perform full-cycle accounting for holdings and PropCos from data entry to annual financial statements, payments, and communication with external providers and tax advisors.
* Manage full process for including consolidation, internal and tax invoices, and other related tasks using SAP.
* Work closely with property managers to ensure the accuracy of PropCo accounting.
* Ensure that all financial operations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Gradually take on more complex portfolios as you gain experience.
Junior Accountant - Your profile:
* 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting within a financial structure
* Strong knowledge of SAP is required.
* Proficiency in German and English.
* Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong understanding of financial reporting, general accounting principles, and tax regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Junior Accountant - We offer:
