Job Description We are strengthening our “Cyber Security Services” team (TDGY) within OE Digital at our location in Friedrichshafen. What you can look forward to as Product Manager Cyber Security Services (m/f/d): • Define and manage cybersecurity service offerings independently, but in close alignment with the experts in CVS central R&D and the CVS product lines. • Define a comprehensive cybersecurity services product strategy, business models, business cases and provide forecasts. • Define product requirements and roadmaps around cybersecurity services which we continue and plan to offer. • Monitor cybersecurity services performance based on KPIs und SLAs in collaboration with the responsible project managers and development teams. • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the key account and sales department. • Lead and define product pricing in close collaboration with other CVS departments, e.g. Controlling, Sales, etc. • Analyze national and international cybersecurity market and customer needs as well as competitive offerings. • Conduct cybersecurity related product trainings for key stakeholders. • Define, manage and execute necessary business processes and interfaces to customer management, marketing and communications, purchasing, project management, IT, legal, other stakeholders in product management, and customer support, etc. • Establish, manage and further develop new and existing business partner and supplier relationships (ZF internally and externally). • Create product presentations and product journeys for customer events, trade shows and other business opportunities. • Be the business-related go-to person for all cybersecurity service related questions. Your profile as Product Manager Cyber Security Services (m/f/d): • University degree in business informatics, cybersecurity, IT security, computer science, information technologies, or similar qualification • Several years of proven business-related experience in cybersecurity • Experience in an automotive, IT and/or technical service sales or customer facing position with dedicated knowhow in service pricing • Excellent team, communication, motivation and networking skills • Strong intercultural competency, ability to travel • Experience in management of international functional and virtual teams • Experience in a startup business is beneficial • Language skills: Excellent English is mandatory, an advanced level in German is a plus, other languages are beneficial ZF is a global technology company supplying advanced mobility products and systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology.
