Qualify inbound leads and inquiries through BANT assessment to determine fit and potential. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify potential customers, and develop strategies based on gathered intelligence for targeted lead generation campaigns and programs. Track and manage outreach and pipeline data within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in nurturing relationships with potential clients, providing them with information about Blackberry QNX offerings. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualified meetings. Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the Regional Sales Managers you support. You will have: Proven experience in new business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the technology or B2B space. A track record of consistent sales quota achievement & ideally over-achievement. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and pipeline. Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Demonstrated resilience and persistence in achieving sales goals. Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Spoken and Written Fluency in English and German required, spoken and written fluency in French, Spanish or Italian a plus.
