Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy, for our Berlin Headquarters, and in over 70 countries Support the transition to a new equity administration platform from a project and change management perspective Manage our global Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP), in particular LTIP grants, ESPP enrolments, stock option exercise windows, RSU releases and global compliance Ensure data accuracy and smooth process flows in the equity administration platform and our HRIS (Workday) Play an important role in decision-making and in finding innovative solutions to complex challenges utilizing data, facts and trends Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, as well as with the extended Total Rewards and People global network
