For our sales department in Bergamo, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - Ventilation
Your tasks
* You are responsible for the acquisition and analysis of market & competitive intelligence information and sales channels for our ventilation products
* You develop solution selling messages that combine individual product benefits to a holistic solution
* You identify the target market pricing range and respective preparation schemes for B2C and B2B
* You prepare strategical /long-term marketing plan & activities
* You evaluate the market potentials incl. related benchmarking as well as the sales volume forecasts and the key success factors
* You develop and nurture relationships to the influential Key Opinion Leaders in the Italian market
* You collaborate with the European Business Development Manager for Ventilation Solutions to provide upstream Marketing input for future product development
* You support pre-sales demonstrations, after sales installations and end-user training
* You represent the Nihon Kohden Ventilation solutions on Exhibitions and Congresses
Your profile
* You have completed Trainings and/or degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Biology), Business, Biomedicine or Engineering. Ideally complemented with a master’s degree
* Knowledge of the hospital environment and experience in medical equipment, such as marketing of medical equipment, especially related to mechanical ventilation
* You have knowledge in MS Office package (Excel, Word, etc.), SAP/Sales Force and computer networks and internal applications
* You are customer-oriented and have communication and collaborative skills at internal and corporate level.
* You can work in a team and good time/priority management
* Hands-on mentality, willing to roll-up the sleeves and get things done with a “customer first” attitude
* You entertain a well-developed pioneering spirit with the required resilience that support a role as a challenger and disruptor in the Ventilation market space
