» Your responsibilities:
1. Acting as customer point of contact for all operational development and escalation topics across all products globally and are on top of a continuous improvement
2. Processing and coordination of rate card management as well as price requests for projects, regular businesses and complex ad-hoc transports
3. Central point of contact for country organizations in regards to processes related to shipment handling, operational requirements, invoicing regularities and escalations
4. Supporting business implementation including respective team onboarding and training
5. SOP review and adjustments; improvement actions in adapted customer processes and continuous training
6. Regular alignment with internal operation teams, sales, product and other supporting functions
7. Processing reports (ext./int.), monitoring and analyzing KPIs and overall operational performance including invoicing aspects and initiate optimization plans
8. Regular customer performance review meetings together with commercial account management team
9. Support of special customer specific requests and processes
» Your key skills:
10. Successfully completed studies, ideally in the field of business administration, or completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
11. Experience in the operational processes of the various transport modes (especially air and sea) desirable
12. High customer and solution orientation as well as a strong pro-active service mindset
13. Strong analytical skills to understand complex context
14. Fluent English skills, spoken and written
15. Proficient knowledge of the MS Office package, PowerBi desirable
16. Good communication skills, ability to work in an international team, organizational skills and a structured way of working
17. Ability to travel
