Take end-to-end ownership of significant inter national business development projects, including exploring new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market reviews, and forming strategic partnerships.
Analyze business development activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in inter national markets.
Manage project assignments independently in various countries across Europe.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Degree in sales, business development or other related fields.
Initial professional inter national experience in the FMCG or pharma sector, preferably in business development or sales.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various inter national locations to meet with partners, stake holders, and team members, adapting to different cultural and business environments.
