Responsibilities :
* Fulfil reporting requirements (e.g. LkSG, CSRD) in the health and safety area, within TRATON Group as well as toward external stakeholders, including the analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs and their further development in a future-oriented manner.
* Responsible for defining, optimizing, executing, and implementing the relevant occupational health strategy including goal setting.
* Heading and steering the groupwide health committee.
* Responsible person for groupwide health policies.
* Setting minimum standards for TRATON Group regarding international health.
* Responsible for all Health group projects.
* Responsible for the groupwide exchange of all relevant safety projects and ensures to leverage synergies.
* Ensuring group-wide information / communication of the TRATON companies in health and occupational safety and with the VW group.
For TRATON holding :
* Promote and maintain the health and ability of employees to work and employ, and in some cases also to help restore them.
* Legal requirements (e.g. ArbSchG, ASiG, DGUV regulations, etc.) and the holistic view of the working person must be observed, taking into account somatic, psychological, and social processes.
* Interactions with internal and external partners, including coordination of the external employee support program.
YOUR SKILLS
* Specialist in occupational medicine.
* Additional specialist (e.g. internal medicine, general medicine).
* Experience in staff management, moderation, and project experience.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Quality management and management systems.
* High resilience, quick comprehension, high integrity, and solution orientation.
