The Software Developer Lab Automation System(f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to translate requirements into software design.
This position is part of the Software Engineering department located in Munichand will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly re-imagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Translate requirements into software design.
2. Prepare appropriate documentation as required by internal product development processes and regulatory agencies such as FDA and ISO.
3. Create architecture, design, code, and unit test modules/components.
4. Participate in design, code and test reviews and code inspections, ensuring application of software engineering best practices, as well as the feasibility, efficacy and compliance to functional and regulatory standards.
5. Investigate software, hardware, and system problems using a variety of techniques and provides innovative solutions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
6. Bachelor’s degree with several years of work experience in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field
7. Development experience with Visual C#
8. Very experienced in .NET / .NET Core and Multithreading as well as in NUnit / MSTest
9. Experience in agile Software Development
10. Experience with OOA/OOD development methodologies, UML tools and design patterns
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
11. Visual Studio 2019 or higher
12. Software lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test) and software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO13845 and ISO62304)
