We are currently recruiting a Field Sales Executive for a leading Homewares brand managing retailers and accounts in East Germany.
About the Company
Our client is a branded homewares business that manufactures cookware, dining products and home accessories. They have a great range and lots of new products launching over the next 12 months. They have a good presence in Germany and are looking to keep expanding their retail base. They are a lovely company to work for and the line manager is known for the training and development time they invest in the team.
The Role
This role is a mix of account management and business development. The field sales executive will be responsible for managing independent retail accounts across East Germany [as well as some small national chains] and will also be responsible for identifying and converting new potential customers in the region.
This is a home-based role however you would be expected to be out and about with customers regularly and there will be some travel to trade shows.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has experience in field sales/ territory sales, ideally to independent retailers, although this does not have to be with the homeware category.
There is good progression and development with this role so someone ambitious and wanting to take on more responsibility would do well in this position.
Salary is c.€75 000 plus company car and bonus.
