Then read on, because we are looking for a full-time Business Controller for our site in Hammersbach, Germany!
What are your typical tasks in a role of Business Controller:
* You are responsible for controlling of financial performance of our logistics center
* Overseeing financial processes and preparing reports (weekly or monthly figures)
* Preparation and monitoring of realization of the annual budget
* Developing financial forecasts
* Realisation of the volume related invoicing process to the customer
* Preparation of data, presentations and analyses for the organization
* Initiating, developing and implementing cost optimization system
* Identification of business risks
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience in financial controlling or a similar position
* Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, financial and management accounting
* Educational background in economic, finance, accountacy or business administration (at least bachelor degree)
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of VBA would be an advantage)
* Fluent level of both English and German
* Excellent communication skills, accuracy and analytical thinking
* Managing challenges independently and developing own solutions
