Main mission
Within our People & Culture team, as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you report directly to our People & Culture Director and work closely with our People & Culture team. You are responsible for the day-to-day management of our people development program.
Main responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day administration and logistics of all internal and external training, including invitations, communication, registrations, attendance lists, invoices, provider relationships, e-learning creation, training feedback and training leave requests;
* Create and implement annual program plans to achieve and deliver effective learning outcomes (including identifying training needs, analysing employees training feedback, benchmarking, selecting appropriate providers, contracts negotiating) and monitoring the global budget aligned with our company objectives and values;
* Work closely with internal leaders to assist and manage learning implementation initiatives;
* Promote and communicate training opportunities within the company;
* Ensure that all CPE-worthy learning solutions comply with governing and regulatory body requirements (such as IRE, OEC, CFA, CIA, and other professional qualifications).
* Draft and update HR policies and processes related to Learning & Development;
* Collect information to prepare, complete, and produce the annual INFPC file;
* Contribute to the day-to-day improvement of the learning part of our HRIS (Mpleo);
* Daily collaboration with your People & Culture team members;
* Produce reporting when required.
Main requirements
* From 2 to 4 years’ of experience in a fiduciary or consulting firm in Luxembourg;
* Bachelor degree (BAC +3) in Human Resources;
* Fluent in French and English (any other language is considered an asset);
* Knowledge of annual co-funding demand;
* Knowledge of Mpleo (HRIS) and/ or iSpring (or any other LMS tool) would be a plus;
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications;
* Understanding the Financial sector in Luxembourg is considered as an advantage;
* Strong communication and organisation skills (problem-solver and multitasking);
* High level of professional and ethical standards;
* Flexibility, curiosity, dynamism, autonomous and rigorous with attention to details;
* Innovative spirit with a force of proposal for our continuous improvement;
* Experience in writing and updating policies and procedures.
