As Head of Sales SAP (m/f/x), you will be responsible for the management and further development of the SAP sales team, both from a technical and disciplinary perspective. Your responsibilities will include strategic sales planning and the development of an innovative go-to-market strategy. You will also conduct continuous market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities. You will create customized offers, position them in a targeted manner and conduct successful contract negotiations. You will also intensify the partnership with SAP by working closely with SAP Partner Management. Finally, you will be responsible for preparing regular reports and forecasts on turnover, market potential and sales performance in order to monitor progress and optimize the strategic direction.

Your Profile:
* Several years of experience in sales of SAP solutions, ideally in a managerial position
* In-depth understanding of the SAP product range and current market developments
* Good network in the SAP sales community
* Proven success in leading and developing sales teams
* Strong negotiation, presentation and customer communication skills
* Proactive and goal-oriented approach with a strong focus on business development and sales growth
* Fluent German and very good English skills
