We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as:
Field Sales Representative, Southern Germany (m-f-x) (Full-time)
Your Profile:
You are customer-oriented, commercially savvy and flexible. You like you like to travel to meet customers and proactive. If so, this is your chance to develop and make a real difference as a Field Sales Representative. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients in Southern German region.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
1. Identify new customers through prospecting and lead generation;
2. Conduct visits to new customers to introduce products & services;
3. Contract negotiation and closing sales
4. Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships;
5. Report sales prospects and activities
6. Analyse customer needs and identify strategic opportunities;
7. Provide valuable feedback on market developments to headquarters.
8. Provide after-sales support and follow-up
9. Attend industry events and trade shows to build market presence
What you bring:
10. At least 2 years' work experience as a field sales representative;
11. Commercially minded and communicatively strong;
12. Strong dose of positivity, responsibility and drive
13. Sound judgement and ability to act independently;
14. Affinity with technical subjects;
15. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
16. Fluent in German and English, Dutch proficiency is a plus
17. Successfully completed studies from (Fach)Hochschule or a relevant Traineeship
18. Willingness to travel 3 days per week within the assigned region.
