We are looking for a Media Manager (m/w/d) for DACH to work within our DACH media and digital acceleration team. This role will support and report into our Media and Digital Acceleration Lead, working collaboratively with other team members. The role involves developing and managing data-driven communications plans with a strong digital focus, leveraging Haleon’s market scale, and supporting an advanced agency model. Key responsibilities include enhancing media planning and buying capabilities, aligning media strategy with brand objectives, and integrating data insights into media choices. Experience in media, marketing, and data manipulation is essential, as the role leads the Haleon Marketing Mix Modelling program. The ideal candidate is collaborative, passionate, and adept at both tactical execution and strategic vision, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your Role at Haleon : Work across boundaries by building and developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders in order to deliver a respected and authoritative media counsel, i.e. collaborate and lead media related projects with other functions (Digital, Tech, Insights, Analytics) Provide Consumer Healthcare Brand Marketing teams with paid media specialist resource to efficiently and effectively maximize return on the brand connection’s full funnel plan Support the Media and Digital Acceleration Lead with the oversight of paid media channel planning, sufficiency modelling, Integrated Connections Planning and Marketing Mix Modelling. Support the management of the overall media agency relationship and Scope of Work Collaborate with Digital Performance Marketing and Tech teams in the development of a comprehensive data strategy and guide data-driven media decisions to drive personalization at scale and cross-device synchronization Use and analyze industry trends, performance data, and other digital resources to inform strategies, audience development, test & learn opportunities, optimizations and measurement frameworks What we expect from you Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Substantial, practical experience with Media or Digital agencies, Media Management department or Media Company, with 3-5 years experience ideal Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, cross-channel integrated media strategy and communications planning Familiarity with analytical, empiric Media planning tools and holistic integrated strategy approaches Experience in setup, interpretation and actioning of Marketing Mix Modelling programs and optimization tools Understanding of Paid, Owned, Earned, aspects of Digital marketing and how it fits as part of on overall, integrated marketing mix Ability to build relationships and manage performance of key partners Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing large, multi-national accounts Experience in healthcare/consumer healthcare/CPG communications Thought Leadership on innovation and emerging media Experience in performance driven media, development and implementation of data driven strategies Our Benefits: Join a dynamic team in an inspiring and international environment, right in the heart of Munich.
