Executive Assistant - Office Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their dynamic team in Offenbach. This role offers a permanent position, paying up to €55,000 plus bonus and other benefits. The successful candidate will provide essential operational, logistical, and administrative support to the corporate office and the Managing Director. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations within the office, evaluating and optimizing space configuration, procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies, coordination of visitors, event management, vendor relationships, and contract and records management. The candidate will act as a proactive, thoughtful, and collaborative partner to ensure the business is well represented to guests, visitors, and business partners.
