Qualifications
* Strong English communication skills - both casual and professional - as English is our primary working language across our multicultural, multinational teams. German language is a plus.
* A T-shaped skill set, supported by a university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, preferably in agile environments.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering value.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable with ambiguity, last-minute changes, and the dynamic nature of project work.
* Willingness to regularly visit our Katowice office.
