Job Description Your main tasks: Contact person for security-related matters Utilisation of and expertise in access control systems on site Detecting and preventing unauthorised access Responding to alarms within the specified timeframe Video surveillance in accordance with local laws and data protection Managing badges (including creating, printing, distributing, photographing, checking inventory) Visitor management Accompaniment of vendors Key management Accurate and high quality incident reporting (e.g. maintenance, health and safety, first aid, emergencies or other types of incidents) Protection of assets Providing a consistently high level of customer service Carrying out frequent patrols of the site Undertake reception duties outside of business hours and on request during business hours Participate in ongoing training and development programmes Improving the security level of the site by recommending innovations and new working methods to site management Representing the client and Securitas in a manner that upholds the standards, brand and values of both
