For our IT department in Bergamo, we are looking for an IT Specialist (Medical Device)
Your tasks
* Support in all commercial phases of promotion and demonstration of Nihon Kohden IT solutions as well as general office IT management
* IT related support in tenders
* Support product installations at customer and post-sales activities
* Technical assistance for the solution of any technical problems
* Assist configuration and preparation of medical devices that require pre-configuration at customer’s site
* Close cooperation with Product Managers, European IT management, and European IT Medical team
* You will be reporting to the IT Manager
Your profile
* Diploma or degree in computer science or equivalent course
* Interest in the electromedical sector and willingness to carry out work activities also in the hospital context
* Good knowledge of both client and server Windows operating systems
* Ability to operate on PC and Server hardware
* Wired and wireless networking skills
* Ability to analyze and solve problems in support of customers
* Good interpersonal relationship skills
* Basic knowledge of the main programming languages (in particular .NET and Java environment) and of the main database systems (MS SQL and MySQL) is a big plus
* Good knowledge of English
* Occasional travel requirement (driving license is necessary)
