This role focuses on selecting and optimizing production processes, detailed planning of materials, costs, and logistics, and designing efficient production. Ideal candidates are technical business economists, technicians with experience in commercial processes, master craftsmen, or skilled workers with extensive experience in scheduling and planning.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Detailed planning of materials, costs and working environment.
* Responsibility for compliance with standards in automation-oriented and economical product design.
* Development and evaluation of production/assembly concepts.
* Performing material flow analyses.
* Design of workplaces and processes, taking into account rationalization potentials.
* Monitoring of delivery dates.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Commercial or technical degree, or equivalent experience
* Strong background in commercial processes with extensive experience in scheduling and planning
* Experience working with suppliers
* Confidence with standard MS Office tools
* Proficiency in English and German language
* Willingness to work flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Matrix organization experience
* Experience in industrial discreet automation environment; with a good knowledge of technical products and understanding of similar industries (e.g. automotive, food, medical, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or similar)
* Proficiency in IT systems, including SAP and SolidWorks.
