Apply now to join our team Your Responsibilities Develop and oversee global implementation of the Performance Bonus Plan, including the Sales Incentive Plan. Automate processes with HRIS and TR Partners, updating bonus plans and managing target distribution and calculations. Lead global compensation projects, redesigning programs in collaboration with the Global Head of TR and TR Managers. Partner with HR and TR teams to align plan design and incentivization with business needs. Advise stakeholders on bonus policies, providing expert advice and analytical support. Ensure TR data quality, prepare reports, and manage compensation analysis for Top Management. Lead contract management and provide compensation calculations for Top Management. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance; Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or other related areas in a global complex organization. Professional certification (CCP or GRP) is a plus. Solid financial background with an understanding of legal, tax, and employment legislation topics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with, synthesize, and simplify large amounts of data. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel. Business Fluent in English, knowledge of German would be beneficial
