Key responsibilities:
* Support the global head of strategic projects and talent management with daily business activities, including administrative tasks related to talent management initiatives.
* Gain hands-on experience and develop project management skills by contributing to strategic projects.
* Prepare management presentations and conduct research to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with various departments and international project teams to drive strategic initiatives.
* Compile and prepare presentations, newsletters, and other materials related to talent management projects.
* Ensure alignment of project materials with key stakeholder groups.
Key requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
* Familiarity with talent management systems and project management tools.
* Basic understanding of project methodologies.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to start immediately and commit to a working student position part-time (16-20 hours/week).
* You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week).
