BCM Coordinator (f/m/d)

Tasks
* Monitoring that the BCM system complies with legal requirements and international standards (ISO, BSI)
* Updating and coordinating all emergency preparedness measures as well as close cooperation with various interfaces
* Planning and conducting BCM tests and exercises, including the development of new scenarios for various departments departments
* Independent implementation and evaluation of business impact analyses (BIA) and risk analyses of various scenarios
* Support with internal and external audits
* Documentation of BCM measures and ensuring BCM requirements are met by service providers and in the outsourcing process
* Ensuring an effective crisis management system, moderating the crisis team and managing the situation center
Profile
* Completed studies in IT, business administration or a similar field
* Several years of professional experience in the organizational and/or IT environment of an insurance company
* Strong theoretical and practical experience in organization, process design and project work
* High willingness to take responsibility for topics with high operational significance
* High analytical skills for the evaluation of complex issues
* Innovative ability and solution orientation for the optimization of innovations
* Strong communication, cooperation and teamwork skills for collaboration with different interfaces
