The Global Cloud Advisory Team is part of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Cloud Architecture & Advisory (CAA) Specialist to join the ATLAS team. In this role, you will primarily focus on enablement and adoption, ensuring that both internal teams and customers can seamlessly adopt and utilize the new cloud solutions and automation capabilities brought about by the ATLAS program. What you´ll do In this role, you will be an integral part of the ATLAS program, focusing on the adoption of new cloud solutions and ensuring that customers and internal teams are well-equipped to use the new systems. Your main tasks will include: Support Enablement and Adoption Efforts: Assist in creating and delivering enablement materials (training guides, documentation, tutorials, wiki’s, video’s, processes) for both internal teams and customers to facilitate smooth adoption of ATLAS toolset. Facilitate and sometimes lead training sessions for internal stakeholders, partners, and customers Collaborate on Testing and Feedback: Support the testing of newly developed features Collect feedback from internal teams and customers Work with Cross-Functional Teams to Align on Adoption: Partner closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and Development teams to understand the adoption challenges and ensure proper training materials are available to support customer success. Assist in the development of internal communication strategies to ensure teams across SAP are aligned on the new tools, features, and best practices for working with cloud solutions under RISE with SAP. Assist in Operational Support: Provide support for internal teams, helping them troubleshoot and resolve adoption-related challenges, especially with new automated cloud processes. Work closely with other team members to understand operational issues that may affect customer success and provide input to improve existing processes. Create and Maintain Knowledge Resources: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of all cloud solutions, automation features, and enablement materials Regularly update training materials based on product releases and customer feedback Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends in cloud computing, SAP solutions, and automation to continuously improve enablement and adoption materials. Support the development of new processes or tools that help improve customer experience and streamline the adoption process for cloud-based solutions. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or technical support role in cloud environments or SAP solutions. Solid communication skills with the ability to present technical content in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Basic understanding of SAP cloud solutions (preferably RISE with SAP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud ). Some familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform ) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when creating or maintaining training and adoption resources. Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently, while also collaborating in a cross-functional team environment. Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus). High proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings and industry solutions. Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies etc.) Good understanding of operational aspects (Application and Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment. Good understanding of the entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks etc.) Good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one Hyperscale provider (AWS, MS Azure or GCP) Ability and willingness to be part of a global team of Cloud Architects Willingness to undertake short notice travel on short notice Fluency in English is a MUST and any other language is an asset.
