Area of responsibilities:
* Lead the team to deliver an exceptional premium brand experience.
* Actively monitor consumer satisfaction, drive retail sales growth, and ensure outstanding service levels.
* Implement and evaluate strategies to boost demand and sales, ensuring their effectiveness.
* Develop and execute initiatives to build and grow a vibrant community.
* Drive store activations, including performance marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements that enhance client experiences and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including loss prevention, anti-diversion, employment and privacy laws, and inventory management.
* Oversee and manage costs, overheads, and all KPIs impacting store profitability.
Profile of qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail, preferably in luxury, premium, high-end retail, or the juvenile industry.
* Proven leadership experience in team management, coaching, and development.
* Strong analytical skills to identify business trends and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance and client experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
* Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong interest in design and fashion.
* Strong decision-making skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
* Inspirational, passionate, energetic, and positive mindset.
* Flexible, adaptable, and hands-on approach to tasks.
