Your Responsibilities Be the friendly face of Student Services: provide personal consultation and support for (international) students at the Student Info Point. Help students navigate university life: answer inquiries related to Student Affairs (e.g. Student Services, International Office, Program Services). Foster community spirit: organize and promote extracurricular events, from on-campus meetups to virtual meetings (occasional evening & weekend work is required, depending on event schedules). Handle administrative tasks: issue certificates, conduct research, and assist in daily operations. Assist with accommodation matters: support international students in finding and settling into their new homes. Your qualifications Currently enrolled at a state-recognized university. Excellent English skills (written & spoken); German is a plus Friendly, service-oriented, and confident in interacting with diverse groups. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in your work approach. Team player with a proactive and engaging attitude. Availability at our KLU campus (role requires physical presence). Flexible availability: occasional evenings & weekends for events.
