As a Senior Client Executive, you will work with globally recognized brands and deliver transformative commerce solutions that drive measurable business value. THE ROLE Reporting to Florian Speckbacher, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Spryker’s customers within our core ICP in the DACH region. You’ll be part of a high-performing team of experienced professionals from both the e-commerce and broader SaaS sectors. To set you up for success, our go-to-market function provides extensive resources, including best-in-class sales intelligence platforms, a team of specialist ISRs, solution engineers, sales enablement, and strategic partnerships—all working together to create and deliver value for your customers. You will: Own the Client Relationship: Lead the day-to-day execution of client engagements, both on-site with clients and remotely, working directly with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to understand their challenges, ideate on solutions, and drive impactful outcomes. Take Ownership of Opportunities: Guide and oversee the client engagement process, from discovery and analysis to implementing tailored commerce strategies, ensuring measurable and sustainable results. Provide Thought Leadership: Analyze complex business scenarios, test hypotheses, and deliver compelling recommendations for commerce digitization, revenue growth, and operational transformation. WHAT YOU NEED 2 years experience in management consulting from a leading consultancy firm. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale projects, and driving measurable client outcomes. Expertise in digital transformation, commerce enablement, or enterprise software solutions. Strategic Thinking and Analytical Expertise - Proven experience gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing actionable strategies. Superior conceptual and quantitative thinking skill s - To craft robust business cases and drive impactful outcomes. Leadership and Collaboration : A track record of guiding teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Client Engagement and Problem-Solving: Deep experience working directly with clients, including C-suite executives, to align on goals and co-create innovative solutions. Ability to drive the implementation of recommendations and ensure sustainable results. Commerce Digitization Expertise: Familiarity with technology platforms (like SaaS, PaaS) as well as customer experience strategies.
