This world-wide leading organization is seeking an experienced director to coach and guide regional sales managers, driving sales and achieving high targets for the European Market. Company Overview: The Cell and Gene CDMO industry leaders are well established and rapidly growing, looking to expand their presence on a global scale. The organization aims to enhance their client portfolio and contribute to advancing healthcare through this business expansion. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and strategize to maximize sales and achieve budget targets and SMART objectives. Maintain, support, and establish long-term relationships with existing and new business in the Cell and Gene CDMO segment. Be responsible for the P&L of the territories. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key and high-potential customers within the Cell and Gene CDMO market segment. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining the National Sales Team. Requirements: Educational background with a university degree related to science; Biology is preferred. Profound experience in leading and developing international Sales Management teams in the Cell and Gene CDMO market. Good knowledge of the Cell and Gene CDMO market and diagnostics industries.
