We are currently leading a confidential search for a Site Director at a key manufacturing site within a global food production network. This critical leadership role will drive operational excellence, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability while managing both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Lead a multi-disciplinary team of senior leaders to optimize manufacturing performance, including safety, quality, cost, and sustainability. Manufacturing Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Manufacturing Strategy, with full responsibility for Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), quality, service, cost, and capacity planning. Operational Performance: Drive operational performance to achieve cost competitiveness while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including workforce teams and leadership, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. People Development: Develop and implement a robust people strategy, including succession planning, talent pipelines, and team engagement to drive performance and growth. Financial Accountability: Full responsibility for the factory's P&L, managing financial performance targets across safety, quality, cash, and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and operational excellence. Experience in driving safety, quality, and financial performance within a complex manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on engagement and development. Strong stakeholder management and influence at a senior leadership level.
