Senior Paid Social Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt
Your Tasks:
* End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize full-funnel and performance-driven paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other paid social channels).
* Strategic Development: Design and implement data-backed strategies aligned with business growth objectives, ensuring scalability and efficiency across paid social touchpoints.
* Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct A/B testing, and translate data into actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including analytics and creative units to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.
* KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define success metrics, oversee performance tracking across the entire funnel, and deliver clear, structured reports to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
* Workflow & Process Optimization: Contribute to the development and standardization of internal workflows and automation practices to drive operational efficiency and campaign scalability.
Your Profile:
* At least 3 years of experience working as a paid social specialist.
* In-depth knowledge of developing and optimizing social paid strategies.
* Extensive practical experience with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other paid social platforms.
* Strong understanding of real-time bidding.
* Completed degree in marketing, business, media, or a comparable qualification.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
* Strong communication and coordination skills, with a willingness to collaborate with diverse teams.
* Knowledge of tracking tools, automation, and new marketing technologies.
Strong presentation skills and ability to manage relationships with clients.
Nice to Have:
* German language skills.
* Experience with programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Teads, Amazon).
* Experience with Ad Server.
* Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
* Automotive experience or passion for cars.
