Your mission As our Junior Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our product management processes. Working together with our Product Lead, you’ll take ownership of the product management process while being a sparring partner in strategic discussions. What You’ll Be Working On Strategic Planning: Work closely with our COO, engaging in discussions about product direction, market needs, and prioritization. Propose and prepare data-driven insights to support product decisions and strategy alignment. Conduct competitive research, analyze user feedback, and help define feature specifications. Product Execution: Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap updates - and then drive everybody to execute Manage and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and feature tracking. Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success. Teamwork & Coordination: Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring efficient communication and seamless execution of product initiatives. Gather and document requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Assist in ensuring that product releases are well-coordinated and meet company goals. Who We’re Looking For Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You have a structured approach to problem-solving and can break down complex topics into actionable steps. Proactive & Ownership-Driven: You don’t wait for instructions—you take initiative and drive things forward independently. Strong Communicator: You can facilitate discussions, write clear documentation, and align multiple stakeholders. Organized & Process-Oriented: You enjoy structuring information, managing tasks, and ensuring workflows run efficiently. Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with modern product development methodologies and tools. Your Background Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B Tech environment. Experience working in cross-functional teams, coordinating between various teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmap planning. Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools. Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required.
