TheBioprocess Account Manager(d/f/m) is pivotal in driving customer success inalignment with Cytiva's strategy. You will own and manage theoverall customer relationship across your accounts, serving as theprimary contact between the company and its customers. Your roleinvolves growing the business by understanding the market, beingfamiliar with customer needs, and having in-depth knowledge of ourproductportfolio.
Thisposition is a temporary role due to parental leave, lasting untilApril 2026. The role reports to the Bioprocess TerritoryManager for Central South and is part of the Bioprocess Sales DACHteam. It offers the flexibility of being fullyremote.
Whatyou willdo:
* Understand andmap the structure of customer contacts within selected accounts,forming strong business relationships by regular customer fieldvisits to understand the customer's business issues and challenges.Actively position Cytiva as a trusted partner with respect to thecompany´s vision
* Takepersonal responsibility of your budget by driving Cytiva'scommercial positioning. Focus on actively finding and developingnew business opportunities to accelerategrowth
* Engage salesspecialists in both the design and execution of account businessplans and to undertake a key role in driving effective local teamwork within a complex matrix salesenvironment
* Actively supportBusiness development and Marketing initiatives in the field withaim of improving market share in the allocatedaccounts
* Accurately forecastsales and growth opportunities within designated territory, usingsales tools andapplications
Whoyou are:
* Bachelor'sDegree in Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalentexperience
* Multiple years ofsales experience with a proven track record of success in a LifeScience environment
* In-depthunderstanding of bioprocess customer needs and business drivers,utilizing this knowledge to develop effective account plans andstrategies
* Self-motivatedand able to manage time efficiently, organize, and prioritizeworkloadeffectively
* Excellentverbal and written communication skills in German andEnglish
Travel,Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/EnvironmentRequirements:
* Willingnessto travel – approximately 70% within the territory (Bavaria andSouthern Germany)
* A validdriver’s license with an acceptable drivingrecord
