Your new job includes
As an intern in our family-run company, you will provide conceptual and organizational support to our Learning & Development team in the areas of personnel development and continuing education. In particular you will
• coordinate trainings and other development measures
• be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of in-house seminars as well as for room and material management
• be involved in the conception and creation of e-learnings and take over the maintenance of training overviews and statistics
• help organize the regular Welcome Days for new employees as part of the onboarding process
• assist with the regular employee surveys
• independently supervise smaller projects within the range of the Learning & Development team
Preferred Profile
• Degree in psychology, business administration or a humanities discipline with a focus on personnel development / adult education
• The enthusiasm to learn about the offerings of modern personnel development and to help shape them together with the team
• A quick perception, good organizational skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Enjoy creating and advancing projects on your own and contributing your own ideas
• A service-oriented, committed and communicative way of working
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
