Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager - People Operations to join the People & Culture Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your contributions will drive productivity and ensure that our teams are equipped to deliver great results, ultimately helping Delivery Hero achieve its vision and goals. With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the product domains and the processes affecting the product domains you are responsible for.
2. Craft and actively drive the aligned global product or product portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap from ideation to launch.
3. Create a market requirement document (MRDs) and product requirement document (PRDs) with prioritized features and justification aligned to customer needs.
4. Gather end user data and monitor feature adoption to improve performance and quality of feature releases within your product domains.
5. Outline what product success looks like to meet the user, business and technical requirements based on the key performance indicators set by the Product Head.
6. Serve as an ambassador of the Product organization, ensuring best practices are embedded in our ways of working across full product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, ideally as Product Manager, Project Manager, or in Product operations.
2. Ability to work with remote development teams.
3. Excellent time management and meeting facilitating skills.
4. Independent, resourceful and always looking to raise the bar.
