First impressions count and the first impression is you! As a Guest Arrival Expert (m/f/d) you are part of an unforgettable guest experience. You are the first and last point of contact for our international guests and thus create impressions & moments that will be remembered. In cooperation with our Guest Relations team, you create WOW moments every day.
Your most important tasks include
8. Ensuring a smooth arrival, as well as departure of our guests including luggage service.
9. Working closely with our front office team to ensure that everything runs smoothly on arrival, departure and during our guests' stay.
10. Complaint management in cooperation with the management team and development of solutions to problems.
11. Maintaining & building a positive guest relationship.
12. Providing information about the hotel, the city, sights & excursion destinations.
13. Ensuring order and cleanliness in the entrance area.
14. Close cooperation with all departments of the hotel.
Be able.
15. Professional experience in a guest-oriented position.
16. Professional experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
17. Host mentality with friendly and competent demeanor.
18. Good knowledge of German and English.
19. Flexibility and enthusiasm.
20. Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance.
