Your role in our team
:
1. Developing and integrating IIoT features for AGV/AMR systems and RTLS.
2. Assisting in the implementation of use cases related to: Data ingestion and processing for manufacturing systems. Real-time visualization dashboards for operational insights. Communication between systems using MQTT and Kafka protocols.
3. Supporting our architecture design with modern tools and technologies like: Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Python and JavaScript for developing applications and integrations. Grafana for real-time monitoring and visualization.
4. Collaborating with a team of IT/OT engineers to solve practical challenges in industrial automation and IoT.
Your profile:
5. You are studying engineering, IT or similar with a focus on emerging technologies such as IoT, industrial automation, networked systems, or robotics or electronics.
6. You have experience in programming in Python and/or JavaScript and frist knowledge with IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, Kafka) and of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
7. You have passion for problem-solving and learning new technologies.
8. You are recognized for your analytical and interpersonal skills.
9. Good English skills ensure that you can communicate in an international context.
10. You like to perform independently. Reliability is a key for you to successfully manage projects in collaboration with your colleagues.

About CLAAS Inside:
16. With an average weekly working time for the CLAAS Inside Program of max. 20 hours / week (approx. 10 - 20 hours during the semester depending on the possibilities, full-time during the semester break) it is well balanced to synchronize your studies with the application of your knowledge in the business world.
17. As CLAAS Inside, you will work at least for two or two and a half days during your semester on interesting tasks that have an impact on the organization at CLAAS. You also have the flexibility to sometimes mobile working.
18. During the monthly „CLAAS StudentTalk“, you will get the opportunity to have an exchange with other interns and employees of CLAAS. A perfect opportunity to extend your network and learn about other functions.
